CHRISTMAS HAMPER PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

How to enter:

1.        Instruct Taylor Made to sell your property between the 15^th September 2021 to the 30^th November 2021 and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

2.       The prize draw is free to enter when you instruct Taylor Made to sell your property.

3.       Property instructions received before or after the stated competition dates will not be accepted.

Eligibility:

1.        Our prize draw is open to all except employees of Taylor Made Land & Property Group Ltd, their families or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

2.       Entrants must be over the age of 18.

3.       Your property must be on the market and shown live on our agency portals for the duration of the competition from the 15^th September to the 30^th November 2021.

4.       In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

The Draw:

1.       A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by Taylor Made on the 6^th December which will be recorded and put on the Taylor Made Facebook page.

2.        The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days.

3.       The hamper prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  Taylor Made reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher if circumstances beyond Taylor Made’s control makes it necessary to do so.

4.       The decision of Taylor Made regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
