LIGHT UP GREAT DENHAM 2021 TERMS & CONDITIONS

How to enter:

1. Contact Taylor Made via email: drh@taylormadeproperties.co.uk or private message us on Facebook or Instagram with your Full Name, Phone Number, Email, and property Address.

2. The Competition is open for entries between 1st of December 2021 and 11am on the 23rd of December 2021, with Facebook and Instagram likes on Taylor Made's posts being counted on the 29th December 2021 at 12pm and winners announced on 30th December 2021.

3. The prize draw is free to enter when you contact Taylor Made with your details.

4. Entries received after 11am on the 23rd of December will not be accepted.

5. On the day of the photo of the property being taken, a member of staff will also drop off a Cadbury Selection box as your entry prize for you and your family.

Eligibility:

1. Our prize draw is open to all except employees of Taylor Land & Property Group Ltd, their families or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

2. Entrants must be over the age of 18.

3. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

4. All entrants and the entry property must be in Great Denham.

The Draw:

1. The 3 entries with the most likes on Taylor Made's Facebook and Instagram posts will be named a winner. With all the entries being counted on the 29th December 2021 at 12pm, which Taylor Made will announce the winners on their Taylor Made Facebook & Instagram pages on 30th December 2021.

2. The winners will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days to arrange collection of the winners’ prizes.

3. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Taylor Made reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal if circumstances beyond Taylor Made’s control makes it necessary to do so.

4. The decision of Taylor Made regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Please remember, only the likes that are on Taylor Made's Facebook and Instagram posts will be counted.
